La Table des Écoles dévoile sa nouvelle carte d’été 2026 !

La Table des Écoles, a must-visit address in the Quartier Latin, launches its summer menu from June to October 2026. With fresh flavours, generous dishes and irresistible sweet treats, this new selection promises to delight every palate, whether you're peckish or famished.

It's official: summer has arrived at 4 bis, rue des Écoles! The restaurant-café-wine bar in the 5th arrondissement has just unveiled its brand new menu, designed to accompany the sunny Parisian days from June to October 2026. An invitation to indulge, to be savoured on the terrace or indoors, every day from 7am to midnight (and Sundays from 9am to 7pm).

Starters bursting with summer colours

The summer menu showcases seasonal produce and Mediterranean flavours. You'll fall straight away for the Multicoloured tomatoes, Burrata, strawberries and pine nuts, a perfect sweet-savoury combination that captures the spirit of this new menu. Those looking for freshness will go for the Tomato, melon and feta Gazpacho, while bigger appetites will opt for the Ginger-marinated beef Tataki or the unmissable Vitello Tonnato served with capers, red onion pickles and rocket.

For sharing, because summer is also about togetherness, the charcuterie, cheese or mixed boards remain a safe bet to enjoy with a drink in all simplicity.

Generous dishes for every craving

The heart of the menu is eclectic and decidedly indulgent. Seafood lovers will feast on the Salmon tartare with mango, coriander and passion fruit vinaigrette, a true explosion of tropical flavours, or the Snacked sea bass fillet, seasonal vegetables and olive virgin sauce, all about finesse.

On the meat side, the star is undoubtedly the Grilled rib-eye steak, homemade béarnaise sauce and homemade fries, a classic executed with care. Raw meat enthusiasts won't be left out with the Hand-cut beef tartare, and burger fans will be delighted to discover The Table Burger, topped with beef heart tomato and onion rings.

For a lighter option, the Pesto gnocchi with olives and confit tomato or the César Cardini salad with roast chicken will do the trick perfectly.

A sweet finale that makes all the difference

You can't leave La Table des Écoles without giving in to the desserts. The house best-seller, the Brioche Perdue with salted butter caramel, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, is back and promises just as much comfort as ever. The chef's favourite, the Vanilla, strawberry and rhubarb Vacherin with red berry coulis, stands out as the ultimate summer treat.

For a sweet craving, the menu offers a lovely selection of desserts, from the Classic or pistachio Tiramisu to the Paris-Brest, not forgetting the Carrément Chocolat. And for the undecided, the Café Gourmand with its 4 mini pastries remains the best way to taste everything without having to choose.

Kids join in the fun too

La Table des Écoles hasn't forgotten the little ones with a complete Kids' Menu: grilled beef patty or chicken nuggets, served with fries and homemade mayonnaise, with a dessert included (donut or scoop of ice cream of your choice). Enough to delight budding young foodies.

A full bar to keep the good times going

On the drinks side, the menu stands out with its local Marguerite beers on tap (lager, wheat or IPA), its Hibiscus or ginger Kombuchas for fans of natural sparkling drinks, and a fine selection of aperitifs. Wines and spirits have their own dedicated menu to discover on site.
