We only collect the following data when you voluntarily provide it through our booking and contact forms:

  • Last name / First name — to identify your booking or contact request
  • Email address — to respond to your request
  • Phone number — to confirm a booking or contact you back

Legal basis: performance of a contract (booking) and legitimate interest (responding to a contact request).

This data is not stored on the website server. It is sent directly by email via the Contact Form 7 plugin and is not recorded in any database on the site.

3. Cookies and Analytics Tools

3.1. Matomo (Audience Analytics)

We use Matomo, an audience analytics solution hosted on our own server (self-hosted). Matomo is configured with privacy in mind:

  • IP addresses are anonymized
  • Browsing data remains on our server and is not shared with any third party

In accordance with CNIL recommendations, the self-hosted version of Matomo with IP anonymization may benefit from a consent exemption.

3.2. Cloudflare Turnstile (Security)

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms against automated submissions (spam, bots). This service may set strictly necessary technical cookies for the website to function.
